Dampier, Karratha and Roebourne

These three towns are amazingly different.
Roebourne is the historic town remaining from the agricultural heritage of the area - wool. There are several old buildings including the goal but is generally tired.
It had a port at Wickham ten or so kms away on the coast. We were blown away to discover there was once a horse drawn tram between the two.

The road out to Wickham was beautiful.
And the remaining buildings impressive. Tourism has managed to save many places like this I guess.
