You have to take yourself back to Wolf Crater.
On the back of the eco loo door there was a sticker for Dr Sawfish Glass in Fitzroy Crossing. Guess what - as we were doing our windscreen tour of FC John spotted a sign on a tin shed "of sorts".
I now have a beautiful glass plate representing the fires that we so often see burning in the bush out here.
There is obviously an opening for commercial toilet door advertising!!!
That night we camped in a gravel pit - a bit of a favourite. It was still and warm so we sat outside an chatted till quite late.
Lazy start and we were in Derby for lunch. Great shade on the site as it was VERY hot and steamy.
In the late afternoon we did the inevitable sun set. I am a bit over them but I have to admit the Boab and fire made these different.

| The feature here is to drive out on the salt pan and set up your drinks to watch the sunset. |
